- Promote collaboration across different functions/departments to achieve the best possible outcomes for both the client and the organization.
- Analyze data related to specialty drug utilization, cost trends, and patient outcomes to drive data-driven decision-making and uncover specialty product/program/pilot opportunities.
- Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost management operations within the specialty PBM business unit.
- Develop relationships with internal leaders and key stakeholders to achieve sustainable results and ensure high-quality operational processes.
- Ensure constant compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry guidelines that govern specialty pharmacy services.
- PBM and Specialty Pharmacy experience required.
- 15+ years of experience in PBM and/or Specialty Pharmacy
- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
- Adept at business intelligence
- Adept at collaboration and teamwork
- Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills
- Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others)
- Managerial experience preferred.

The typical pay range for this role is:$120,800.00 - $265,914.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
