Their primary objective is to work directly with development, engineering, and infrastructure teams to get an in-depth understanding of the different technology stacks across the CVS lines of business. This knowledge will be leveraged as part of the BISO organization to drive business technology requirements for critical security initiatives, perform technical analysis to determine the business impact of technical changes, and provide solution and technology advisement to the BISO organization.Responsibilities
1. Serve as a trusted technology advisor with the technology leadership team for critical security initiatives.
2. Perform technical impact analysis on critical security and/or technology initiatives, reviewing results and recommendations with business leadership and key technology stakeholders.
3. Support the BISO organization with strategic business planning, including technical analysis, communications, and business risk analysis.
4. Lead and/or advise on critical security initiatives, including BISO special projects (as needed).
5. Advise, mentor, and support the BISO analytics team with technical expertise.Essential Qualifications and Functions:

Must have 15+ years of relevant work experience with demonstrated

Knowledge of:
• Expert knowledge of Enterprise Technology Architecture (Database, End User Devices, Networking, Servers).
• Expert knowledge in Cloud Architecture to include AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Expert knowledge of technical cybersecurity domains (Application Security, Cloud Security, Endpoint Security).
• Deep understanding of development lifecycles and application architectures.
Skill In:
• Leading complex technical initiatives.
• Working with business leadership and large-scale enterprise security projects.
• Proven experience in a senior-level strategic role, such as Director of Security Engineering, preferably within a technology company.
Ability To:
• Demonstrable experience with understanding business focus and processes and ability to inject cybersecurity into the business through teamwork and influence.
• Demonstrable experience with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and varying personalities and adapt management style to effectively reach mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Act as a key problem-solving resource for the VP, helping to address complex issues and challenges within the organization.
