As the DC Supervisor, you will direct workflow for warehouse colleagues and leads your team to meet and exceed daily targets. In addition, you will Manage day to day work operations and evaluate work performance, while assisting the DC manager in the total leadership and operations with initiative, leadership, and continuous improvement thinking.

Additional Duties & Responsibilities:
-Assists with coordination of processes and assignments for the distribution area to ensure the delivery of consistent work products.
  • Executes daily activities and operational plans for the distribution area's strategies to enhance the culture of excellence and innovation across the enterprise.
  • Manages day-to-day operations in a warehouse section to ensure daily targets are meet.
-Conducts performance appraisals using various reports, summaries, and procedures as necessary to resolve problems and improve employee efficiency and warehouse operations.
-Analyzes reports and provides recommendations to the operations manager on best practices for the section.
-Coordinates processes and assignments for areas within the warehouse to achieve a balanced workload and meet daily operational metrics. Assurance on time deliveries and customer service.
-Defines terms for conducting tasks and establishes new priorities for assignments to meet operational success.
-Manages team performance through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional services and engagement, motivation, and team development.
This leadership position will work 1st shift Monday-Thursday with start time of 4:45amCST, with additional flexibility with coverage as needed to support the business needs

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a Distribution Center/ Production environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Distribution Center or Manufacturing environment
  • WMS experience
  • Ability to manage conflicts and influence teams.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Regular and Reliable attendance
  • Constant standing, bending, stooping, and climbing stairs.
  • Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. and up to 75 lbs. with team lift.

High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED)

The typical pay range for this role is:$43,888.00 - $85,068.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
