POSITION SUMMARY: CVS Health, a Fortune 6 company, has an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator, PBM Client Accounts Receivable. The Coordinator will play an essential role in maintaining the integrity of cash receipts exceeding $20B/month. The candidate who fills this role will be a forward thinker with an aptitude toward continuous process improvement. The Coordinator will act as a key liaison for our internal and external customers, with a focus on providing an outstanding level of service. In this role, the Coordinator will be a key support for navigating a high production Accounts Receivable environment within the PBM Financial Operations umbrella.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure accurate and timely AR Subledger entries: Cash App, Offset, Transfer & Refund
- Weekly ACH Debit (Surepay) Processing for our PBM Clients
- Ad-Hoc research and reporting for internal / external stakeholders
- Maintain a highly controlled audit environment / documentation trail
- Inclusive communication skills - transparent and trustworthy
- Strong relationship building skills - approachable and consultative
- Attention to detail / Time management
- Client centric / Curious mindset
- Self-motivate and proactive (vs. reactive)
- Email etiquette / writing skills
- 0-2 years of general finance experience
- Cash Pro, Excel, SAP, PBM experience
- Strong understanding of cash application P&P / best practices
- Microsoft Office experience
- Prior cash app experience preferred
- High School Diploma/GED Required or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 - $35.29
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
