We are looking for a talented Associate Creative Lead to join us. Our work is at the intersection of design and cutting-edge marketing technology. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to partner with data scientists, marketing strategists, and other creative talents to help improve the health of over 25 million Aetna members.The Associate Creative Lead is a hybrid copywriter and designer, responsible for collaborating with the Creative Lead to produce highly compelling and persuasive customer-facing communications. In this role, you will work very closely with the Creative Lead to develop the creative strategy and execution of industry-leading print and digital materials (including direct mail, email, SMS, and landing pages), designed to help drive better health outcomes for over 25 million Aetna members.This role is an integral member of the New York City-based Behavior Change Pods - an agile, cross-functional marketing team made up of creative, strategy, operations, and technology roles. This role will specialize in delivering campaigns relating to diabetes care and weight management programs. In addition to delivering behavior change campaigns to Aetna members, the Behavior Change Pods also serve as a test & learn innovation group inside CVS Health's marketing organization.On the Behavior Change Pods, the Associate Creative Lead is a key collaborator to help translate marketing strategy and business objectives into member-centric materials. You will write copy and design layouts for highly targeted behavior change campaigns that support our members' health care journeys. You will also be responsible for presenting your work to internal partners and business owners, outlining creative decision making, and facilitating feedback discussions.To be successful in this role, you will need to be a strong collaborator, as you will be working very closely with the Creative Lead, strategists, operations leads, and email/web developers in a fast-paced environment. In this role, attention to detail is essential, in order to ensure high-quality and error-free campaigns, particularly with constantly evolving needs.This role is a hybrid role based out of our NYC office (generally 2 days a week onsite). Applicants must provide a digital portfolio (either website or PDF) with samples of their past work.Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience working on direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns, specifically in a writing and/or copywriting capacity, that leverage direct mail, e-mail, SMS ( Short Message Service ), and landing pages.
  • 3-5 years of experience working with both print and digital production workflows and best practices.
  • Must be within a commutable distance to New York City, New York.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule ( 2-3 days in office per week ) in the Soho, New York City office.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Figma.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Strong expertise in digital channels.
  • Experience with animation, video or social media content creation.
Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (High school diploma or GED + 4 years of relevant experience). Anticipated Weekly Hours

The typical pay range for this role is:$50,188.00 - $122,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
