Role Description:
As a Product Analyst, you will be expected to support and drive key initiatives on our product roadmap while partnering with business leaders to guide future development. You will write detailed requirements, provide input on UX design, deliver guidance to engineers, ensure product quality through testing, and project manage the launch of new products to our centers.Core Responsibilities:
  • Own the successful planning and execution of individual product initiatives within our pods. For each project, you are responsible for driving each step of the product management process to ensure a successful outcome.
  • Help conduct external market research to identify industry trends, competitive insights, and future product development opportunities. Your research will play a pivotal role in driving OSH's product strategy each year.
  • Employ multiple mechanisms for conducting product research to inform requirements and design. Through both external investigation and internal collaboration, the information you gather will ensure the products you design exceed user expectations.
  • Partner with cross-functional team members to collect and document detailed product requirements. Additionally, you will bring a creative eye to our team by working alongside our UX team to design high quality, intuitive products for our end users
  • Ensure the quality of each product that you design by thoroughly testing each user story. You will also support other Product team members in the planning and execution of large-scale alpha and beta tests to validate product capabilities.
  • Define and project manage the launch of new products to our users. In partnership with our operations teams, you will help train end users and create applicable documentation for your products.
  • Identify and action opportunities for product improvement identified through quantitative measurement and feedback from end users.

  • BS in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Business or a related field is preferred
  • Relevant industry experience
  • Experience in a product, operations, or engineering role
  • Healthcare experience is preferred

The typical pay range for this role is:$55,620.00 - $148,320.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
