Informatics Analyst candidate will be part of the is on the Medicare Risk Adjustment team and will play a crucial rile in optimizing healthcare data systems, ensuring accurate and efficient information management. The candidate will collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance data driven decision making processes within the Organization. The position will be responsible for the process surrounding submission of Risk Adjustment data to the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services, creating running analytics reports from data sets and provide insights on improving risk scores.Responsibilities:

  • Analyze healthcare data sets to identify patterns, trend and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of Healthcare information systems.
  • Evaluate and validate data integrity, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards.
  • Write SQL queries on huge datasets for business use case validations.
  • Generate detailed reports and dashboards for stakeholders for stakeholders, providing actionable insights.
  • Provide training and support to team members on utilizing tools effectively.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to processes, data gaps ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Stay current on current Healthcare/Medicare industry trends and advancements.
  • Ability to evaluate data requirements of assigned projects, produce, validate, and analyze results and document summary.
  • Ability to clearly document and communicate in detail.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience creating/running SQL queries and analyzing huge data sets.
  • 3+ years data management experience.
  • 3+ years data analysis experience.
  • 3+ years of proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • 1+ years of experience in Healthcare Domain.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge on Healthcare Claims, Medicare
  • Self-motivated to explore data irregularities.
Education
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required

The typical pay range for this role is:$43,888.00 - $93,574.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
