Analyst, Account Associate (Middle Market - New England)

Supports client retention for assigned constituents (producers, plan sponsors, customers), business or customer segment, products and services and geographies. by providing issue resolution and information to existing accounts throughout the life of the account. Works independently to solve problems and renewal related issues for existing business to enable the Account Manager to focus on growth opportunities. Responsible for end-to-end renewal contract process. Ensures timely and accurate enrollment, installation, setup, and eligibility for renewals.Key Responsibilities
- Identifies constituent-specific service issues, identifies solutions and may lead resolution of issues working with other areas.
- Provides constituents with Aetna policy, plan design and benefit changes and network updates including analysis of impact.
- Collaborates with account management team to achieve growth/renewal objectives; may assist in preparation and delivery of renewal packages.
- May support plan administration activities, including installation, open-enrollment, health fairs, plan set-up, eligibility, billing and drafting by working proactively with support areas; signs-off on ID cards. Some support activities could require attainment of state licensure to sell Insurance products.
- May assist in constituent training on product and policy questions.
- May take initial calls for direct sales requests and forward requests to appropriate sales staff.
- Creates collaborative partnerships with sales to develop a comprehensive growth strategy for assigned book of business that is aligned with customer's objectives, financial position and employee benefit strategy while providing cross-sell opportunities and profitable revenue and growth to Aetna.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated planning/organizational skills; ability to work on many issues at once and to prioritize work.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships with matrix partners to drive deliverables.
- Exceptional project management skills, problem solving, and attention to detail.

The typical pay range for this role is:$21.10 - $44.99This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
