- Leading the account team including Trade, Clinical, and Specialty operations as the quarterback, and have ownership for client satisfaction and service delivery -Ensuring we are adhering to all contract stipulations between CVS Health and the pharma manufacturer.
- Developing and delivering strategic quarterly and annual reporting to clients on their drug trends and overall performance through Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Formulating responses and triaging issues with collaboration from internal partners, including Trade, Clinical, and Specialty Operations - Ensuring retention of pharma manufacturers and access to drugs by building relationships with key client stakeholders and asking effective probing questions that lead to innovation benefiting both the pharma manufacturer and CVS Health.
- 1-3 years of experience of relevant work experience, including sometime in client facing roles
- Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office especially Power Point, and including Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams
- Experience working in a PBM, Specialty pharmacy, or pharma manufacturing organization
- Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to facilitate and conduct comprehensive and timely issue resolution and in-depth root cause analysis, where needed
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to work and lead in a team environment
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced and changing work environment with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines with a variety of responsibilities
- Ability to creatively solve problems when dealing with a multitude of variables where standard resolution does not exist
- Ability to demonstrate effective presentation skills with the ability to lead group presentations regarding strategic and operational performance metrics to clients on a monthly, quarterly and/or on an as-needed basis to promote client satisfaction, client retention and upsell opportunities

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
