Technician - Mechanical (10/4)

DESCRIPTION

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Deliver a first-class service to our customers across, mining, automotive and power generation
• Complete breakdown repairs and scheduled maintenance of heavy diesel products
• Diagnose and repair various engines.
• Engine rebuilding and reconditioning
• Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and report any issues / incidents to the Field Service Supervisor
• Complete required documentation, such as service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, quality documents via handwritten forms or business system input screens.

• Mechanical trades qualified as a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic (to Australian standards), Plant Mechanic or a Light Vehicle Mechanic, looking to upskill
• HV licence is beneficial
• Experience as a Diesel Mechanic in the service and maintenance of heavy diesel products in field service and Cummins engines is highly preferred.
• Solid diagnostic and IT capabilities
