DESCRIPTION
In this role, you will:
- Support process improvement and documentation efforts by conducting data-driven research
- Developing and updating work instructions
- Collaborating on new process design with cross-functional teams
- Maintaining accurate documentation across internal systems and external stakeholders.
- Verify technical documentation of service procedures accuracy and build preliminary plans for onsite testing.

Education:
High school or college student currently.
Experience:
Basic to intermediate skills within Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
QUALIFICATIONS
Additional Responsibilities/Activities:
- -Conduct data-driven research to guide Global Part Return project investigations.
- -Update/Create work instructions for new or existing processes.
- -Assist with designing, building, and documenting new processes from the ground up with cross-functional teams.
- -Update documentation for dealers, distributors, and other data fields within IT systems, as required.
