We are looking for a talented 95L Assembly Associate to join our team for our location in Seymour, Indiana.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Operates machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance.
- Follows all applicable standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures such as Statistical Process
- Operates manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble products in order to create the proper characteristics and dimensions necessary to meet customer expectations.
- Demonstrates a high level of competency in core work skills.
- Achieves production goals.
- Maintains clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks, and performs planned operator care and maintenance tasks.
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
- Previous manufacturing assembly experience a PLUS
- Operates machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance.
- Demonstrates knowledge of manufacturing by correctly implementing changes in current processes, equipment, and applications to meet the function's needs and contribute towards continuous improvement.
- Ability to work 2nd Shift hours - 3:20 pm - 11:50 pm Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday overtime based on the needs of the business.
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
