We are looking for a talented 95L Assembly Associate to join our team for our location in Seymour, Indiana.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
  • Operates machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance.
  • Follows all applicable standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures such as Statistical Process
  • Operates manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble products in order to create the proper characteristics and dimensions necessary to meet customer expectations.
  • Demonstrates a high level of competency in core work skills.
  • Achieves production goals.
  • Maintains clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks, and performs planned operator care and maintenance tasks.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
  • Previous manufacturing assembly experience a PLUS
  • Operates machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of manufacturing by correctly implementing changes in current processes, equipment, and applications to meet the function's needs and contribute towards continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work 2nd Shift hours - 3:20 pm - 11:50 pm Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday overtime based on the needs of the business.
Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
