We are looking for a talented Production Associate to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Engine Business Segment in Rocky Mount, NC.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Performs quality inspections.
- Identifies and controls non-conforming material.
- Operates manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble product in order to create the proper characteristics and dimensions necessary to meet customer expectations.
- Achieves production goals.
- Works at the required cycle time or defined engineering standard.
- Remains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet production goals.
- Nimble learning - Actively learning through experimentation when tackling new problems, using both successes and failures as learning fodder.
- Self-development - Actively seeking new ways to grow and be challenged using both formal and informal development channels.
- Communicates effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
- Customer focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
- Minimal or no work experience required.
- Follow Safety/PPE, workmanship, treatment of others, attendance, cell phone, and dress code policies for the year.
- Attend all , team meetings, and manager 1:1's.
- Maintain certification in at least 4 separate stations.
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
