We are looking for a talented In-House Service Technician (m/w/d) to join our team specializing in Service for our Fuel Cell - Customer Service in Herten, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Diagnoses, repairs, and maintains power generation products in a service workshop under limited supervision.
- Uses documented procedures and guidelines to perform complex repairs on power generation units, including identifying and preparing the necessary parts and tools.
- Performs preventive maintenance after inspecting fuel cells.
- Assists workshop service technicians in diagnosing and creating repair plans for fuel cells.
- Completes necessary documentation such as service reports, schedules, and quality records, either handwritten or via the company system.
- Participates in training sessions aligned with the employee's skill level and the company's business needs.
- Keeps the work area and tools clean and in proper condition.
- Follows all relevant safety, health, and environmental policies, procedures, and regulations, and reports any issues or incidents to supervisors.

Qualifications
Education/Experience:
- Training in Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics.
- Preferably, knowledge and hands-on experience with power generation products and high/low voltage systems.
- Valid Class B driver's license.
