In-House Service Technician (m/w/d)

We are looking for a talented In-House Service Technician (m/w/d) to join our team specializing in Service for our Fuel Cell - Customer Service in Herten, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Diagnoses, repairs, and maintains power generation products in a service workshop under limited supervision.
• Uses documented procedures and guidelines to perform complex repairs on power generation units, including identifying and preparing the necessary parts and tools.
• Performs preventive maintenance after inspecting fuel cells.
• Assists workshop service technicians in diagnosing and creating repair plans for fuel cells.
• Completes necessary documentation such as service reports, schedules, and quality records, either handwritten or via the company system.
• Participates in training sessions aligned with the employee's skill level and the company's business needs.
• Keeps the work area and tools clean and in proper condition.
• Follows all relevant safety, health, and environmental policies, procedures, and regulations, and reports any issues or incidents to supervisors.

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

• Training in Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics.
• Preferably, knowledge and hands-on experience with power generation products and high/low voltage systems.
• Valid Class B driver's license.

• Willingness to support field service operations up to 30%.
