We are looking for an ASSOCIATE COUNSEL talent, to join our LEGAL department for MEXICO.
Qualifications

- University degree in law is required.
- At least 10 years of experience.
- English advanced required.
- Desired experience as in-house lawyer.
- License to practice law in home jurisdiction.
- Specialized in Corporate and/or Commercial Law.
- Experience in manufacturing sector is desired.
- A master's degree in Corporate Law is desired.
Responsibilities
In this position you will have an impact by:
- Will be responsible for Corporate Matters.
- Ensuring legal compliance in several areas mainly labor, environmental, trade compliance, data privacy.
- E2E process of Commercial and Distribution Agreements.
- Assisting more experienced attorneys in complex legal questions and projects that have broad reaching implications for the organization if the situation arises.
- Reviewing standard documents and contracts and prepares filings.
- Providing support or contributes to overall objectives and goals of organization.
