We are looking for a talented Administration Assistant to join our team based at Perth Airport.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Complete supplier invoicing, accounts payable, and safety compliance administration.
  • Input time sheets for fortnightly payroll ensure excellent attention to detail.
  • Provide administration support for the branch.
  • Arrange training and keep accurate records for the branch.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures, and legislation.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
  • General administration tasks including filing, archiving, data entry and answering incoming calls.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Highly organised and able to plan and prioritise your work.
  • Able to effectively operate systems, including Microsoft Office suite (Excel), and the ability to learn new systems.
  • Fine-tuned interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships with internal and external customers.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
