We are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team based in our Port Hedland branch . This is a fast paced, varied administrator role that gives you exposure to multiple functions within the team.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- General administrative support
- Accounts Payable - confirming PO's & processing all invoices for payment (Indirect & Direct)Front desk support - greeting customers and assisting with enquiries face to face and via email.
- Payroll as well as onboarding of new recruits
- In addition to standard branch duties, the role manages FIFO logistics (80% of employees such as:
- Travel approvals requests, bookings, amendments of flights for FIFO
- FIFO Housing & residential property cleaning, maintenance requests & leasing.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Proactive and Continuous Improvement focussed
- Previous administration experience
- Tech savvy; experience with Excel and Movex is advantageous
- Willingness to learn, self-motivated and self-developing
- Proven customer service experience and skills
- Positive, upbeat attitude and ability pick up things quickly
- Strong work ethic and result orientation
- Collaborative but can also work autonomously
