We are looking for a talented Material Handler, specializing in material and product management, to join our Warehouse and Materials Team in Mineral Point, WI.

  • Under some supervision, follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, perform system transactions, and dispatch goods in a factory or warehouse.
  • Receive incoming goods and check for damage and discrepancies between goods and invoices.
  • Accurately sort, label, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space.
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders.
  • Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures & regulations.
  • Operates manual and automated equipment to pick, pack, and ship products per customer expectations.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
  • Communicates effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that clearly understand different audiences' unique needs.
  • Customer focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • Drives results - Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances.
  • Warehouse Operations - Utilizes warehousing tools, systems, and methodologies to meet defined metrics for inbound and outbound operations of a warehouse.
Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
