CSL's Co-op Program is a hands-on experience that showcases the daily innovation and operations of a leading biotechnology company. Our environment is collaborative, global, and purpose-driven. The 26-week experience will immerse students in meaningful, thought-provoking projects that contribute to CSL's promise to save lives and protect the health of people around the world. In addition to making an impact, students will be developed personally and professionally while cultivating meaningful relationships.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist senior designers to create a range of UX artifacts such as wireframes, prototypes, information architecture, flow diagrams, and pixel-perfect user interface designs.

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of design systems for internal and external products such as apps and dashboards.

• Participate in weekly department meetings, Scrum events, and other recurrent calls. • Participate and/or lead efforts to establish best practices throughout the CSL UX practice.

• May assist with UX research activities including discussion guide creation, interview note taking, analysis, and final presentation development.

Qualifications:

• Enrolled in a 4-year university with progression toward an undergraduate degree in User Experience & Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or other Media Arts & Design discipline.

• Proficiency in Figma is required.

• Experience with design systems, graphical asset creation (icons, illustrations), and/or UX research is encouraged.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work well with all levels of the organization

• Demonstrates flexibility and acceptance of assignments and schedules

• Enthusiasm to learn new tools & technologies

• Maintains professional behavior • A case study / portfolio review will be required as a part of the interview process.
