The Opportunity:
The Associate Brand Manager is involved in all aspects of brand management for AFLURIA, FLUCELVAX and FLUAD vaccines within the Commercial Operations - Argentina (LATAM organization).
Working with the Country Head and the Marketing Head, the Associate Brand Manager primary responsibilities include supporting the development of the value/brand proposition and marketing plans and lead tactical executions of the plan in the AR market.
The Associate Brand Manager will also ensure consistency in brand messaging, compliance in promotional activities and gather insights to create new marketing programs.
The Role:
- Support the brand planning process for AFLURIA, FLUCELVAX and FLUAD ensuring successful execution of the plan

Sales tools and programs to ensure alignment with business objectives:
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs in preparation for standard medical responses related to the brand
- Perform ad hoc analysis of market data and sales performance, analyzing audit information, as needed
- Congress execution, partnering with external agencies around booth development and logistics, key customer events, symposium, product presentations, etc.
- Monitor competitive intelligence and competitor activities, and make appropriate recommendations, as needed
- Manage productive relationships with key medical societies
Support other brands in the portfolio and related marketing tasks and activities:
- Support the development and execution of portfolio-based programs.
- Deliver oral and written communications, develop and make presentations to commercial management and other internal groups, as needed
- Support budget management for AFLURIA, FLUCELVAX and FLUAD
- Ensure compliance to Procurement policies of external agencies, including Master Services Agreements
Your skills and experience:
- Experience with healthcare marketing, compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Advanced English skills (oral and written)
- Adept in Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's Degree required in Business/Marketing.
- 3 years working experience in Commercial in the pharmaceutical / healthcare industry •
- 2 years working experience in Marketing or Sales roles
- Vaccines marketing, sales, sales training, sales operations experience preferred
- Healthcare consulting, market access and sales operations experience a plus
