PBC - Senior Compliance Manager
Lugar: Madrid, España
Horario: Lunes a viernes, 40 horas
Híbrido
Algunas de tus responsabilidades serán:
- Implantación y seguimiento de Planes de Prevención de Blanqueo de Capitales en las empresas. Análisis de toda la documentación para la Prevención de Blanqueo de Capitales.
- Análisis de operaciones para detectar posibles operaciones sospechosas.
- Otras funciones relativas a la Unidad Técnica. Redacción y revisión de manuales y alertas. Elaboración de planes de remediación. Análisis de operaciones. Actualizaciones.
- Redactar los acuerdos o actas de AML para la aprobación del plan de AML por parte de los directores de la entidad cliente y recoger sus firmas.
- Revisar las transacciones AML para realizar el seguimiento de las solicitudes del departamento legal.
- Revisar y actualizar el Informe de Riesgos ALD y el Manual de Procedimientos ALD de acuerdo a las nuevas regulaciones venideras.
- Recopilar y analizar datos específicos relacionados con el cumplimiento, los antecedentes y el apetito por el riesgo como parte del proceso de diligencia debida del cliente.
- Verificar documentos de clientes sobre identificación, origen de riqueza, origen de fondos y trazabilidad de fondos, analizar y asesorar sobre liquidación.

¿Qué habilidades técnicas, experiencia y cualificaciones necesitas?
- Mínimo de 6 años de experiencia laboral en PBC.
- Valorable experiencia en Real Estate.
- Licenciatura o máster en Derecho o ADE.
- Gran dominio del inglés para hablar con fluidez con los clientes (B2/C1).
- Buenas habilidades de presentación.
- La atención al detalle y la capacidad de manejar múltiples demandas en un entorno acelerado son esenciales.
- Capacidad para gestionar de manera efectiva múltiples proyectos/tareas, cumplir con los plazos y trabajar bien bajo presión.
- Un enfoque proactivo para las tareas diarias y una persona orientada al equipo.
- Un deseo de trabajar con diferentes culturas.
