About the Role:

The Vice President of Executive Programs & Engagement is a newly created role, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. This key leader will be integral in creating world-class executive programs and experiences to build and foster a CxO community. This is a unique opportunity to join a market leading company in a dynamic market and build a high visibility and impact program from the ground up.

What You'll Do:
  • Executive program development and experience design: Work cross-functionally to design, build and scale world-class programs for executive education and relationship development, including but not limited to: Executive Briefing Center program, advisory boards, executive summits, and CxO thought leadership programs and events.
  • Executive-level content development: Lead the agenda development and work with content owners on content creation to build CxO level thought leadership programs which facilitate education and best practices sharing around cybersecurity, leadership and business.
  • Cross-functional alignment: Work cross-functionally and at all levels across the organization, including the executive team, and the GTM organizations, as well as our customer and partner ecosystem, to build thought leadership programs and community building experiences.
  • Customer relationship development and engagement: Build programs and experiences to learn from executives, understand their priorities and educate them on solutions as a trusted partner; Cultivate C-level champions and foster engagement with other industry executives our executive team through educational and memorable experiences.
What You'll Need:
  • 10-15+ years of experience in a GTM role focused on executive relationship building and executive program development. Ideal candidate has built and led an Executive Briefing Center.
  • A Customer-first and an Experience mindset, you apply a customer experience mindset to everything you do.
  • Strong relationship building skills and natural comfort level working with and developing executive business relationships with industry C-level executives, requiring a level of professionalism, business maturity, and executive presence.
  • Highly collaborative and results focused, with strong cross-functional collaboration and a comfort level working across and at all levels in the organization, and with customers and partners.
  • Cybersecurity or technology industry experience is helpful, but not a requirement. Will strongly consider candidates that come from industries outside of cybersecurity if they have relevant relationship development and/or executive community development experience.
  • Has a true sense of what it takes to build meaningful connections and cultivate relationships with people - this is a long-term investment and partnership we are building and our approach to building relationships, community and experiences needs to follow this philosophy.
  • Comfort level and desire to build and create a program from a blank sheet of paper, you like thinking about the art of the possible vs. executing within a defined playbook. You get to build the playbook.
CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $250,000 - $370,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
