Responsibilities:

  1. Process Assessment and Enhancement:
    • Analyze existing organizational processes.
    • Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies.
    • Collaborate with management team to develop strategies to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and implement quality control.
  2. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with resources outside of the department (such as IT, finance, and HR).
    • Facilitate communication to align process improvements with goals.
    • Influence employees to adopt best practices.
  3. Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Utilize data and metrics (coming from Sagitta, Power BI, renewal marketing list, etc.) to help the division leaders make informed decisions.
    • Work with the division leads to establish appropriate KPI’s and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process effectiveness.
    • Continuously evaluate and adapt strategies based on results.

  • Lead change initiatives helping by communicating the rationale behind process improvements.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Technology Integration:
    • Explore automation tools, software, and digital solutions (such as Wordsensa, Broker Buddha, CSR24).
    • Implement technology to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
    • Collaborate with IT to integrate systems seamlessly.
  • Training and Development:
    • Train employees on revised processes.
    • Provide resources and guidance to ensure successful adoption.
    • Empower teams to embrace efficiency-enhancing practices.
  • Risk Mitigation:
    • Identify potential risks associated with process changes.
    • Develop contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies.
    • Balance efficiency gains with compliance and quality standards.
  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
    • Proven experience in process improvement, change management, or organizational effectiveness.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities
