Responsibilities:
- Process Assessment and Enhancement:
- Analyze existing organizational processes.
- Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with management team to develop strategies to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and implement quality control.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with resources outside of the department (such as IT, finance, and HR).
- Facilitate communication to align process improvements with goals.
- Influence employees to adopt best practices.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize data and metrics (coming from Sagitta, Power BI, renewal marketing list, etc.) to help the division leaders make informed decisions.
- Work with the division leads to establish appropriate KPI’s and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process effectiveness.
- Continuously evaluate and adapt strategies based on results.

- Lead change initiatives helping by communicating the rationale behind process improvements.
- Address resistance and ensure smooth transitions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Explore automation tools, software, and digital solutions (such as Wordsensa, Broker Buddha, CSR24).
- Implement technology to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate with IT to integrate systems seamlessly.
- Train employees on revised processes.
- Provide resources and guidance to ensure successful adoption.
- Empower teams to embrace efficiency-enhancing practices.
- Identify potential risks associated with process changes.
- Develop contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies.
- Balance efficiency gains with compliance and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in process improvement, change management, or organizational effectiveness.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities
