Job Summary
The Vice President of Frontline Leadership Program leads the strategic direction, creation, and execution of the global Frontline Leadership Program supporting 10,000 supervisors and managers across the company. This pivotal role ensures leadership development drives key business outcomes while championing a culture of coaching, engagement, and safety.
Job Location
The position will ideally be based in the CRH office in Atlanta, GA; candidates that are based in/near a major airport in US (EST/CST) may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the design and oversee delivery of the Frontline Leadership Program (FLP) aligning FLP goals with broader enterprise strategies and operational priorities.
- Train, develop, and support an extended network of FLP facilitators to ensure high-impact delivery and consistent quality across locations.
- Promote facilitator excellence through onboarding, skill development, and performance feedback.
- Build effective relationships through partnering with HR, operating company leadership, and local champions to monitor implementation plans and metrics ensuring local delivery of training for frontline leaders and their managers.
- Build and maintain the systems and infrastructure to support scalable, global delivery.
- Oversee vendor partnerships, technology platforms, and optimize work practices to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to continuously evolve program relevance and impact.
- Gather data and feedback to evaluate program outcomes and inform continuous improvement.
- Deliver regular insights to senior leaders to demonstrate ROI and drive strategic decisions.
- Attract, develop, lead and coach a team that supports program delivery - driving collaboration and continuous innovation.
- Support the vision and purpose of the Academy by contributing to the development of broader leadership programs enabling a continuity of each level of leadership development.
- Create a work environment that fosters innovation and engagement for all.
- Oversee budget management including regular project and financial reporting.

Job Requirements
- 15+ years of leadership experience in Human Resources or Learning & Development.
- Experience as an HR business partner supporting senior leadership and their teams.
- Demonstrated capability of leading within a global, complex environment with an understanding of how to manage competing demands and perspectives.
- Strong collaborator, stakeholder influence, and communication skills across business levels and functions.
- Proven ability to lead high performing teams and enable team success by removing barriers and providing resources; (both virtual and in-person).
- Experience managing vendors, talent management infrastructure, and program delivery logistics.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%, with potential for international engagements.
