Job Summary
The purpose of this position is to carry out application tasks with precision and attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities
• Prepare surfaces for application by cleaning, scraping, grinding, or sanding blasting as necessary
• Apply primer or undercoat to prepare the surface if required

• Facilitate the application of the main application process
• Handle paints, metals, and sand blast materials
• Apply paint, anti-slip metals, or other finishes using spray, or other equipment
• Monitor application operations to identify any defects, minimizing rework and waste
• Monitor the dust collection systems
• Follow all safety guidelines to maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Maintain an inventory of paints and related supplies
Job Requirements
• Wear a respirator as required for the position
• Be able to work in a hot environment
• Knowledge of welding equipment is a plus
• Ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs.
