Senior Principal Product Performance Expert
Wanted to celebrate and liberate the diversity of beauty? Our Monaco R&D center is looking for a Senior Principal Product Performance Expert to bring science at heart of our performance evaluation. Reporting to the Director of Product performance Evaluation, you will get to work with all R&D partners, developing innovative testing approach.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Senior Principal Product Performance Expert, you are responsible for providing technical and scientific rational to support product performance evaluation.
You will bring your expertise to understand mechanisms of actions, develop new testing strategies, new testing concepts and help us bringing relevance in proposed testing approach versus expected claims.

Your main focus:
- Propose innovative strategies for claims support
- Provide technical and scientific rational to support product performance evaluation
- Provide expertise in mode of actions for active ingredients to design appropriate testing for product
- Participate to revue of digital communication
- Partner with R&D department to integrate new technologies in product performance testing plan
- Participate to deployment of external partnering for innovating testing approach.
- Participate to review of testing strategy

The team consists of 7 people, from different generations and you will work closely together with several departments such as Claims, Product Development and Research teams. All your team colleagues are focus on results and supporting each other's to achieve our goals .
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like innovation in skin care product testing. As an experienced Product Performance Expert you like working on different topics and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:
- Get a Ph. D in Biology with high scientific knowledge in skin biology, with Experiences of 7-10 years in Claims substantiation support and skin science
- Technical mastery in pre-clinical and clinical studies
- Knowledge in cosmetic ingredients benefits and use in formulation
- Excellent communication skills in English to convey positions clearly and to explain professional opinions.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively to build strong relationships with a variety of partners.
- Creative thinking skills and a flexible mindset.
