SENIOR HYGIENE SECURITE ENVIRONNEMENT (HSE) MANAGER CDI H/F
Location : Chartres (France)
Being a Senior HSE Manager at Coty means defining and steering the plant's HSE program in close and demanding collaboration with other site managers, and within the scope of the Group's safety policy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Leader HSE, your main focus will be :
- Continuous improvement: in partnership with Operational Excellence Leader
- Health Program : in partnership with HR Leaders
- Safety program: Develop, implement, follow-up and maintain safety standards based on best HSE practices
- Environment: in partnership with engineering group
- Legal requirement management & document process: in partnership with engineering group and technical skills on site

You will report directly to the Plant Manager, and you will work closely together with several departments and stakeholders such as the Operations Director and managers, the Engineering Director, the Nurse, CSSCT representatives and HR teams. All your colleagues are committed and involved, passionate and willing.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like working with various stakeholders, as an experienced Senior HSE Manager, you have a strong ability to prioritize and manage a wide range of topics and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:
- Have 10+ years experience in industry preferably from a FMCG/chemistry/process industry and an Engineer Degree
- Have a H.S.E. strong and complete background: People Safety, Process Safety, Industrial Safety, Site Surveillance and Knowledge Protection, Environment
- Training and coaching capabilities and capacity to connect & help while tolerating 0 complacency
- Have Leadership skills / Demanding / Decision-making and you have a sense of priorities
- Have an excellent level in French and in English
