RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Marketing Analysis Specialist you will be responsible for the advocacy effectiveness analyses for Coty Color in CEE.
Your main focus:
- Analyzing online buzz data, retail audit data and internal sell out data to identify patterns and correlations between influencer marketing activities and business results
- Tracking of corporate goals execution in the advocacy area; monthly reporting to senior management and marketing team
- Identifying sales-driving communication trends in influencer marketing based on the available data sources
- Providing recommendations on best influencer marketing practices that drive sell out, market share and ROI
- Providing sell out data for pre- and postevaluation dashboards for influencer marketing activities
- Finding new ways to estimate influencer marketing ROI in a simple and digestible manner
- Supervising local cooperation with a global social listening agency
- Co-operation with global (Coty team & agency) and local stakeholders (CEE influencer marketing agency) to introduce tools ensuring the most efficient data flow to the influencer marketing global tracking system

You are passionate about beauty! As a Marketing Analysis Specialist, you will get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment.
- Strong analytical skills
- Good presentation and data storytelling skills; ability to deliver data-based presentations in a comprehensible manner
- Very good organizational and planning skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel
- Basic understanding of market research methods, e.g. social listening, marketing mix model
- Experience in marketing/market research/media or advertising
- Master the Polish and English language on a near native level
