GLOBAL DIGITAL ADVOCACY SENIOR MANAGER BOURJOIS

As the Global Digital Advocacy Senior Manager you will be passionate about the value of influence, have deep knowledge of the influencer space to create enviably effective campaigns and outstanding events. Campaigns and events that drive conversation, that talent wants to be a part of, and that the team can be proud of!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your remit will focus on driving awareness and consideration of the Bourjois brand through influencer-led campaigns, globally. Campaigns and events that are culturally relevant, creatively brilliant, and effectively help Bourjois achieve its brand mission.
Performing a rich variety of tasks which are not limited to;

- Build a global influencer and PR strategy and approach guiding on the most effective tools to identity, recruit, execute and measure influencer marketing success
- Develop creative influencer and digital ideas across multiple markets, cultures and social platforms as part of an effective content strategy
- Collaboration with the local teams (markets) to ensure all content resonates in the markets it is deployed
- Partner with Global/Local Comms and Media teams to deliver paid media Influencer content based on best practices and best performing ad units
- Oversight and management of paid social influencer related products and tools across all major platforms (TikTok, Meta, Snap), including objective setting and performance projections

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As the Global Digital Advocacy Senior Manager, you will have an excellent understanding of Digital/Influencer projects development life cycle, able to work across multiple projects taking ownership, able to thrive in a fast-paced and international environment.
Other than that will have;
- 6+ years Influencer marketing experience in a fast-paced environment (beauty/luxury experience strongly preferred)
- Strategic thinker with strong project management skills required
- Knowledge of Traackr would be beneficial
- Excellent communications skills with a superb command of English verbally and written
- Seasoned experience in developing influencer marketing strategies that consider platform roles, tiers of influence and how different strategies achieve different goals
- Ability to form strong talent and talent agency relationships
