Assistant E-commerce Manager Gucci

RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Assistant E-commerce Manager Gucci, you are responsible for Gucci Tmall FS operation,
Your main focus :
- The role of the Assistant E-commerce Manager is to support the E-commerce sales growth throughout China and be responsible for revenue and profit targets achievement.
- Have experience in managing Tmall activation and optimization.
- Have strategic thinking and meanwhile with down to earth hands on execution of daily activation based on the data insight.
- Have the proven ability to face challenges with an optimistic way and always seek for the solution, as well as time management and multitasks.
- Closely working with internal and external partners to monitor the performance.
- You will drive business opportunities and challenges of Tmall channel based on the daily, monthly data analysis, set reasonable KPIs and achieve sales target.
- You will focus on the day-to-day execution of the strategy on Tmall activation through the achievable action plan, implementation and prompt review.
- You will co-work with internal cross-function team including Global team and Local mkt, CRM team and other function teams to drive the Tmall business.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As an experienced Assistant E-commerce Manager Gucci, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:
- 3+ years of experience in eCommerce or digital, especially in Tmall platform (JD, Tiktok are also welcomed)
- Can effectively communicate (verbal and written) with internal and external stakeholders across all levels
- Ability to solve problems independently
- Top 500 FMCG and Beauty industry company experience preferable.
- Both Chinese and English language skills
