Job Description: Intern - SecurityOperations Center (SOC) for Cloud Infrastructure

We are seeking enthusiastic anddetail-oriented interns to join our Security Operations Center (SOC) team. Thisrole will primarily focus on monitoring, analyzing, and assisting in securingour cloud infrastructure. It's an excellent opportunity for individualspassionate about cybersecurity and cloud technologies to gain hands-onexperience in a real-world environment.

In this role you will be...

• Security Monitoring: Continuously monitor cloud infrastructure for security events and anomalies using industry-standard tools and dashboards. Identify, analyze, and prioritize potential threats or vulnerabilities.

• Incident Response: Assist in the investigation and response to security incidents and breaches. Document incidents, mitigation actions, and lessons learned.
  Threat Analysis: Support the team in detecting and analyzing cyber threats, leveraging tools like SIEM platforms.
  Policy Adherence: Ensure adherence to security policies, standards, and best practices across cloud environments.
• Learning & Development: Gain hands-on experience with SOC tools and processes. Stay updated on the latest security trends, tools, and techniques.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to address and remediate security issues effectively.
• Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts, cloud platforms, and networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with security tools (e.g., SIEM, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for learning and adapting to evolving security challenges.
