Short Description

An experienced registered nurse who has advanced preparation and demonstrates a high degree of professional competence in a specialized nursing field and who applies a wide range of alternatives and strategies in problem solving situations utilizing the nursing process and EBP. Promotes and supports the use of evidence-based practice, education, and clinical skills for the specialty population of psychiatry and behavioral health in acute care management

Experience Required

1 year of acute care nursing experience.

Experience with behavioral health and individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred


Education Requirements

  • Graduate from an NLN accredited school of nursing. 

  • BSN required, MSN preferred


License/Certification Requirements

  • NJ-RN: Current New Jersey license as a Registered Nurse.
  • BLS

NJ Registered Nurse3p-11p m-f
