Summary:
The Program Specialist Lead occasionally works as a Program Specialist (PS) I. They provide mentoring and remind staff of unit expectations. They are responsible for helping Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBA) with assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland, functional analysis), treatment plans, staff training and supervision, writing protocols, and curriculum refinement.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree preferred; bachelor's degree required
- Completion of a minimum of 3 college courses in behavior analysis. In rare instances (i.e., not automatically guaranteed), one year of experience in delivering applied behavior analysis therapy may be substituted for each behavior analysis course
- • ne year experience in either providing applied behavior analysis therapy or conducting behavior analytic research
- Computer literacy
- Supervisory skills and maturity to supervise several employees
- Must complete Heartsaver CPR training within 60 days of start date
- Safe Crisis Management must be completed within 30 days of start date
- Must be a Registered Behavior Technician within 60 days of start date
