Summary:

The Manager of Catering & Event Operations is responsible for leading all catering services and event coordination across the organization. This role ensures operational excellence, safety compliance, and high-quality service experience by managing individual contributors, event logistics, system workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.

Experience & Experience:

  • Associate Degree in Nutrition, Food Service or related field required.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in hospitality, food service, catering, or event operations.
  • In lieu of the experience/education, successful program completion of the Dietic program at Texas Christian University (TCU).

Hours:

  • Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
