Summary:
How you make a difference: As an experience educator you will infuse the three pillars of team, patient, family and member, plus safety experience into the existing programs at Cook Children's. You will motivate and educate employees of all learning styles, generations and cultures to be inclusive on the journey towards preeminence. This role will elevate the experience by collaborating with employees to assess and teach behaviors and interventions that support our experience standards, values and commitments of the culture platform.

Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Organizational Development, Business, Public Health, Education, Nursing, Healthcare Administration or related field.
- Five years' progressive experience leading organizational development, training, improvement or education.
- High social and emotional intelligence.
- Truly enjoy cultivating strong relationships with people.
- Flexibility as a leader who can operate at a highly strategic level, but can also perform tactical implementations.
