Summary:

The Child Life Program Director provides administrative, operational, and financial leadership for the day-to-day operations of our Family Support Services which include our Child Life Dept., Child Life Volunteers, Supportive Therapies (Therapy Dogs etc.), Child Life Zone, Sibling Center, Recording studio (Music therapy), and Camps.
• ur Director provides leadership and collaborates closely with organizational leaders to develop and deploy initiatives that advance the patient and family experience, driving strategy towards the achievement of goals.

Required Education/Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Child Life, Child Development or related field.
  • 7 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting required.
  • Child Life Certification required.
