Job Description
To support our team at the location Hanover in the field of Inbound Supply Chain Management, we are looking for a working student (m/f/diverse) for a duration of 12 months starting by September and with a working time of 20 hours per week.
Your main tasks will comprise
- Support EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) central key user team in day to day operations.
- Support with EDI trainings for suppliers and plants
- Set-up technical connection of new EDI suppliers
- Responsible for monthly Power BI report to identify new potential EDI connections
- Project work, e.g. market screening for alternative EDI tool
- Support expert team with standard reporting tasks and data analysis on request
- Present "Tips and Tricks segment" in monthly Raw Material Purchasing call

Qualifications
- Students of Business Administration, Operations & Supply Chain Management, Business Information Systems or similar field of study
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
- Preferable knowledge of SAP R/3, SAP BW and Power BI
- FluentEnglish skills (written and spoken)
- Analytical mindset with passion for processes and systems
- Presentation skills
