We are looking for a Team Leader Materials Laboratory (m/f/diverse) for our ContiTech division at the Szeged site. In this role, you will be entrusted with the following tasks:
- Technical and disciplinary management of the laboratory team
- Independent planning and execution of all test orders under independent selection of suitable production or test methods as well as application of the necessary safety measures
- Creation of work instructions
- Ensuring proper and safe procedures in the laboratory with the proper handling of equipment and tools as well as maintaining cleanliness and order.
- Responsibility for compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements
- Ensuring technical compliance and certification
- Specialist customer advice
- Ensuring employee training
- Intensive cooperation in the Laboratories EMEA team

Képzettség
- Bachelor of Science (natural sciences or engineering), technician (m/f/diverse) or equivalent degree
- Experience in managing employees
- Several years of professional experience in rubber processing
- Confident handling of IT systems (e.g. Microsoft Office, Laboratory Software)
- Fluent in Hungarian and English, Knowledge of German is a plus
- Personality profile: Very good communication and teamwork skills, high quality orientation, sense of responsibility, independent and careful way of working, reliability, ability to work under pressure, organizational skills
