Job Description
For FSC part of Continental Italia Spa we are looking for a candidate who will beresponsible for operational processes relating to services for long-term rental, corporate fleet customer.
Activities:
- Helpdesk to our customers for business of long-term rental, corporate and truck fleet customer with the goals of providing support customers in business growth.
- Master data maintenance customers, suppliers and product records, uploading of price lists and commercial conditions.
- Training activities for fleet service providers
- Implementation of processes together with the sales force with the aim of finding the best solutions to support the business.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build positive and collaborative relationships
- Strong attitude to organization and problem solving
- Good knowledge of the office package (xls and ppt)
- Italian fluent or mother tongue, English good knowledge
- At least 2yearsof experience in similar roles (back office and front office activities)
- Knowledge of automotive industries (nice to have)
