Job Description
Responsible for the management of the Plant Controlling and Systems. Provide financial direction for plant operations.

Participate in the preparation of Strategies, Plans, Annual Budgets and Monthly Forecasts.

Perform economic evaluations and coordinate the interaction of manufacturing plans in the overall company budget.

Analyze and evaluate the economic aspects of the operational activities related to process and conversion costs, specifically salary and hourly manning levels, MDC related costs, gain sharing programs, service contracts, utility price increases, health care programs, capital investment proposals, tax assessments, and insurance rate changes to improve the overall profitability of the plant.

Propose methods and programs for improving financial results.

Review and evaluate the effectiveness of profit improvement proposals and programs.

Develop reporting and information systems to permit efficient controlling.

Develop planning, budgeting and accounting systems to ensure accurate evaluation of economic aspects of the company.

Perform other duties as directed by the Plant Manager.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting.

Two plus years of experience in controlling.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA plus 5 years experience.
