Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Description
The accounts payable analyst is responsible for tracking and managing incoming receipts, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payments, addressing supplier inquiries, meeting audit requirements, reconciling and analyzing AP accounts, and completing month-end activities, focusing on legal and corporate compliance.

Key Roles & Responsibilities.

• Invoice processing and resolution.
• Tracking of good receipts.
• Execution of payments accurately and on time.
• Attention to supplier and internal customerinquiries.
• Attention and follow to audit requirements.
• AP GL accounts reconciliation and analysis.
• Month-end activities.
• Identify, propose, and actively participate in improvement processes.
• Maintain a standardized process for optimal efficiency.
• Execute internal control procedures to ensure the quality of the processes.
• Identify and report internal control risks and implement action plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in accounting or administration or related.
• Good written and oral communication skills
• At least three years of experience in Accounts payable.
• Intermediate or Advanced level of English
• Excellent customer service skills
• Functional knowledge of the AP accounting processes.
• Understanding of internal control elements
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Windows Office intermediate
• SAP (Accounts Payable Module) intermediate knowledge
• Desirable knowledge about tools for process improvement
• Skills in planning and organizing knowledge.
