Product Performance Manager
The Consumers Credit Union team is looking to hire a passionate Product Performance Manager. As a Product Performance Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and development of assigned products and being proactive in finding enhancement and efficiencies in these products. The goal of this role is to work across the organization to gain insight and feedback to help drive future enhancements and roadmaps of current products or recommend the need for new platforms. You will also work closely with members and member facing teams to understand the needs and feedback of our membership of these products to push enhancements.

What you will be doing:
- Develops, monitors, and optimizes products throughout their lifecycle using key metrics and profitability, providing recommendations to grow or reduce usage, and analyzing financial performance to adjust sales, usage, or pricing.
- Creates and executes long-term product vision and strategy.
- Conducts market and member research, including journey maps to drive product innovation and growth and create plans to address feedback
- Analyzes the competitive landscape and tests new products routinely from a member perspective.
- Initiate projects as necessary, working collaboratively with project management. Develops specific production requirements for a minimally viable product and oversees design and development.
- Works collaboratively with key stakeholders to create and implement go-to-market plans.
- Create member stories and journey maps. Identify areas of opportunity, creating plans to address.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the product(s).
- Drives product utilization in the most efficient, member-focused channels.
- Work collaboratively with operations and IT to determine the best way to implement functionality.
- Assist in the oversight in quality control and testing processes.
- Assist in driving and implementing AI across various products and services.
- Solicit and incorporate stakeholder feedback. Communicate effectively throughout the organization on product performance and future developments.
- Monitor and optimize product performance using key metrics and profitability if applicable.
- Works extensively with vendors, building relationships, accountability and ensuring the Consumers culture shines through with interactions
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What you will bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent.
- 5 or more years of related experience.
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
- Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally. High emotional intelligence.
