Resumen:
The Manager of Utilities On-Site will lead the team of site utility engineering managers and engineers in executing the capital plan and supporting the construction and operational needs of the local breweries. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager and collaborates closely with the Director of the Utilities Group and the leadership team of the Engineering Department to achieve departmental objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Leadership and Collaboration: Provide leadership to the site utility engineering team, fostering a collaborative environment to ensure the successful execution of projects.
· Project Management: Plan, organize, and control utility system projects to ensure the facility's production capacity at various stages of growth.
· Sustainability and Efficiency: Support the sustainability and efficiency of processes to meet operational and cost goals while adhering to safety practices.
· Cross-Departmental Coordination: Work closely with Utilities Managers (Boilers, Engine Room & Water, Electrical, and Hazardous Gases), as well as the Construction, Operations, and Engineering departments.
