Location: Melbourne, Yarra Falls (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Month Contract

This is a hybrid position based in Yarra Falls office. Global Core Operations (GCO) provides service delivery to clients and their account holders worldwide for functions that support all of Computershare's global lines of business.

Service delivery functions include client event management, customer support, recordkeeping, asset custody, dealing and transaction processing. Services will be delivered across our global footprint and supported by underlying technology that enables optimization of execution.

A role you will love

The role of a Team Lead is to achieve excellent standards of customer service and satisfaction through effective personal customer relations skills. Lead, coach and motivate a team of Quality Assurance Coaches to deliver departmental KPI's, targets and objectives.

Your key accountabilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team
  • Provide clear and concise direction, support and guidance to the team through effective coaching and strong leadership
  • Support the team with their career aspirations, working with them on their personal development plans
  • Conduct development reviews and recommend training and development plans
  • Deliver all departmental KPI's, achieving set targets and objectives within the inbound, all ancillary areas, outsource and overflow services.

Extreme leadership is key for the success of this role. Being able to lead by example and thrive in leading a strong and successful team/department.

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A high level of initiative, tackling problems in a methodical and logical manner.
  • A passion for providing quality and efficiency.
  • Proven contact centre experience or line management experience
  • Experience with direct reports
