The Role
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for Coordinating Logistics/technical setup for all Team Meetings/event bookings / equipment, etc.)
- Ensure that time is maximized and allocated to the highest business priorities. Overtime is rare and kept to a minimum to show proper prioritization of workload and skills.
- Have a strong business understanding of the client core business.
- Aligning with Comms leaders, Management consult, HR, Talent Acquisition for Interviews to be set up and to follow up on regular tasks
- Interview Scheduling & Coordination: In collaboration with Talent Acquisition
- Partnering with the Chief of Staff, where applicable, to ensure office synergy and actions are carried out to completion before presenting to executive/team in daily and/or weekly review meetings.
- Comprehensive Travel Planning: Arrange and coordinate all aspects of the executive's domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itinerary management. This includes securing visas, managing travel documentation, and anticipating potential travel disruptions.
- Distribution list management: Creating and maintaining distribution lists. Keeping distribution lists up to date with the latest changes in personnel
- Help prioritize skills, tasks and tracking of important data of clients, EAA's, education, mandatory to do's
- Work independently and prioritize workload to ensure smooth running of team responsibilities with little direction from GA Manager
- Proactive response to issues and challenges, empowered to initiate action, and confident in decision making. (Problem Solving)
- Able to produce slide decks or other presentation materials. Capable of analyzing data on behalf of the client. (Technical Knowledge)
- Collaborate closely and proactively work with EAA's on upcoming tasks and education - not only locally but globally
- Being a trusted advisor to our clients by staying well-informed about the company's current affairs and evolving developments.
- Build trusting relationships with peers and other global offices to effectively manage the teams with a cohesive understanding of global office dynamics as well
- Act in a coaching and/or mentor capacity to peers at a band 4 & 5 level to ensure specific office protocols and expectations are met
- Demonstrating ownership through a commitment to being accountable for one's own actions.

Who You Are
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 4-5 years of executive assistant experience in Consult
- Excellent oral and written English language skills
- Ability to work effectively while maintaining professional attitude and demeanor Continuous commitment to achieving and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
- Technical proficiency
- Concur System Expertise: Utilize Concur Travel & Expense management system to book travel, manage itineraries, and process expense reports. Ensure that all travel arrangements comply with company policies and optimize cost efficiency. Professional telephone etiquette Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Comfortable working alongside generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to enhance efficiency, ideation, and execution within your domain Internet saavy (internal Intranet sites, travel sites, Visa sites, etc.)
- Safeguard sensitive and personal information, confidential material
- Follow Kyndryl Policies and guidelines
- Assume ownership of other assignments as required
- Capability to adapt and facilitate change management through an open-minded mindset
