Senior Financial Administrator
JOB DESCRIPTION
Works within defined technical processes and procedures or methodologies. Uses simple judgment and defined procedures in straightforward situations. Works within standard operating procedures. Small but direct impact on own team through the accuracy of the tasks performed. Involves the regular exchange of information with others in the organization and customers. Communication is primarily concerned with the transfer and receiving of factual information.
Undertakes basic tasks and processes in own area of expertise. Knowledge and experience are gained through some formal training, Reinforced by on-the-job experience. A moderate degree of supervision.
Has previous relevant work experience or basic qualifications.
Acts as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience. Guides and supports junior team members; may assist in their formal orientation and training. May allocate and coordinate work as a team leader: may check on completion/quality. Provides on-the-job training/support to new team members.
