We offer you a world of potential
Do you have a passion for transforming complex information into clear, effective communication? Are you ready to take on a key role in a local team with a global reach?
Our MediaDesign team is a cornerstone of the German Computershare Operation Centre. We are the experts who create, plan, and execute shareholder communications, from digital messages to legal publications.
As a Project Manager MediaDesign, you'll be at the heart of this process, collaborating with multiple teams-including the Registration Office, Registry, and Front and Middle Office-to deliver critical projects on time and in line with strict regulatory requirements. Your work will directly impact our business in German-speaking countries, where you will manage projects and uphold the high standards of the Companies Act.
If you are a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to take on a challenge, we want to hear from you.
A role you will love
As a Project Manager MediaDesign, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every project is delivered on time and to our high standards. You'll need to be an expert in seeing the bigger picture, recognizing the connections between different processes, and adapting your approach to keep things running smoothly. This isn't just a role; it's an opportunity to be an integral part of our team, driving projects to successful completion. In this role, you will:
- Draft, adapt, and correct a wide variety of shareholder communication documents.
- Handle mandatory publications, including timely submissions to the Bundesanzeiger (Federal Gazette).
- Coordinate and manage mailing projects with our external service provider, adhering to strict handling standards.
- Act as the central point for all stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned for result-oriented project execution.
What will you bring to the role?
You'll be a key player in our team, so a strong ability to concentrate and maintain focus over long periods is essential. We're looking for someone who has a solid understanding of both general standards and the specific context of our projects. You'll need to see how your work fits into the bigger picture of the Operation Centre's processes and work seamlessly with others. This is a hands-on role where your contributions have a direct impact on project success.
