Location: New Jersey, Edison NJ, Toronto, Vancouver or Calgary - Hybrid

Ready to make a real impact from day one? Join our New Business Implementation team as an Implementation Specialist, where you'll work within our Operations team and collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement in our North America Plan Managers business.

A role you will love

The Implementation Specialist role will work collaboratively across departments and teams with a focus on platform configuration activities.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Performs plan platform configuration activities
• Serves as a resource to the business as a subject matter expert on platform configurations
• Conducts testing of new/changed systems
• Monitors work-order ticket requests and responds to questions from requestors in a timely manner

What will you bring to the role?

As an Implementation Specialist, you'll bring a solid understanding of technical systems and operational procedures that support employee share plans, along with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively through on-the-job experience. Your attention to detail, evaluative judgment, and ability to resolve problems within defined policies will be key to delivering high-quality results.

Other key skills required for the role include:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in the financial industry
• Familiarity with Plan administration products, legislation and taxation regulations
• A collaborative mindset to support cross-team initiatives and continuous improvement projects
• Technical proficiency in systems and a medium to high level of skill in Microsoft Excel
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Well organized

Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is USD $58K - $80K. This base pay range is specific to the New Jersey locations and may not be applicable to other locations. The typical base pay range for this role is CAD $62K - $86K. This base pay range is specific to the Vancouver location and may not be applicable to other locations.
