Location: Remote (United States)
In this remote position you'll experience our supportive approach and the ability to balance work and life as part of our global team. Your training and working hours will be 11:00am to 7:30pm ET.

Our Customer Success Specialists are at the heart of our contact center where your mission is simple, deliver high quality, empathetic service that makes a difference in people's lives.
From routine account updates to complex and time sensitive transactions, you'll use your interpersonal and problem-solving skills - supported by technology - to solve a variety of inquiries from our clients' valued shareholders.
Strong verbal communication skills, the ability to build trust, accuracy, and high attention to detail will be essential to your success.
