A role you will love

As an Account Manager at Equatex, you'll dive deep into the share plans industry, honing your expertise while cultivating strong, lasting relationships with our global clients. You'll be a vital link, collaborating with our Plans operations, banking and IT teams to deliver exceptional value. This isn't just about managing accounts; it's about being a proactive partner, ensuring our multinational clients receive top-tier service and seamless administration of their share plans. Your dedication will be rewarded with the chance to manage our largest global clients, giving you unparalleled exposure and the opportunity to truly make your mark. In this hands-on role, you will:

• Take ownership of client service delivery, from building and nurturing relationships to managing stakeholders at all levels.
• Prioritise and monitor client requests, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely execution by our service delivery teams.
• Lead event and project management, including planning, coordination, presentations, and client meetings.
• Act as the primary interface between clients and service delivery teams for all requests.
• Analyse client plans and develop comprehensive solutions, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to optimise system configurations and processes.
• This is not a sales or business development role-the focus is on operational excellence, service monitoring, and technical coordination to support client success.

• Accountable: You take full ownership of your client portfolio, ensuring that all service commitments are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
• Experienced: Ideally, you'll have a background in the financial industry or an education that includes a solid understanding of financial markets.
